We despatch via Parcelforce on a 48 hour service which excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. The service is restricted over the Christmas holiday; up to date service information can be obtained from the Parcelforce web site www.parcelforce.com

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges: £9.00 per item to UK addresses excluding postcodes under surcharged postcodes.

Surcharged Postcodes: Delivery charge is £15 per item to areas with postcodes starting: BT, HS, IM, GY, IV, JY, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE

Deliveries to Parcelforce Zone 1 and Zone 3 are subject to a surcharge.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 10 days.

Steps for returning an item:

1. You will need your order reference number and the details of the item to be returned.
   
2. Email: sales@jullian.co.uk or phone Customer Services on: 0800 085 1454
   
3. We will immediately arrange for collection of the item by one of our carriers.
   
4. Return the item in its original unused condition, including packaging and
   obtain proof of return from the carrier.

We will then despatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your returns are received.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the Jullian guarantee.

Guarantee

All Jullian products have a 5 year guarantee against component failure subject to normal use and fair wear and tear.
